We would like to inform you that the hearing on the petitions for annulment filed by ELLAKTOR against Decisions 249/2020 and 250/2020 in the areas of KROTIRI – KEFALAKIA and KROTIRI – KEFALOVOUNI – PYRGOS, as well as Decisions 130/2020 and 131/2020 concerning KOPELOUZOU in the areas of FOINIKIES – KARVOUNOLAKOS and MERMIGKARIS, which had been scheduled for September 17, 2021, was postponed by the presiding judge to November 19, 2021. Postponements by the court are a common occurrence in administrative courts.
