Announced by the ASEP the results and for the 2nd Health Region of Piraeus and the Aegean concerning, inter alia, the hospitals of the Piraeus but also the islands, including Kythera.
Based on the process, 15 shortlisted candidates were notified per hospital, of which 7 will pass to the second phase, which is the personal interview.
There will be a three-day objection period before the event where those who are left out will be able to submit their objections which will be examined by the ASEP.
Kythera: 17 people qualified
For the Kythera Hospital, 17 candidates have qualified, of which 7 will pass to the second phase, which is the personal interview.

You may submit objections to the provisional lists 1 & 3 above by contacting Wednesday, 13 November 2024 at 8:00 a.m. until Monday 18 November 2024 at 14:00.
The objection may be lodged exclusively via the website of the A.S.E.P. (www.asep.gr), by following the route Electronic Services - > ENTRY.
It is noteworthy that the ASEP shall announce on different days the results by Health Region starting with the 3rd and 7th, followed by the 5th and today the 2nd Health Region. The results for the largest MPA Athens on the 1st, as well as the 4th and 6th.
Which means that the period for objections will also be on a different date per Health Region. And as the process is delayed, the existing hospital administrators are in prolonged agony to determine whether they will continue to be in the national health system or have to leave.
It should be noted that the final list that will be drawn up for each hospital will consist of 3 people who will be distinguished after the personal interview and based on their ranking. From these 3 candidates, the Minister of Health will select Adonis Georgiades.
However, the competition of ASEP which was based on the Kerameos law that was passed at the end of 2023, has been duly criticised and many are questioning the meritocracy and transparency of the process.

READING OF TEMPORARY TABLES UNDER THE CALL FOR CALL FOR INTEREST FOR FILLING THE POSITIONS OF DIRECTORS AND DEPUTY DIRECTORS OF HOSPITALS OF THE 2nd H.P.E. OF PIRAEUS AND AEGEAN
The A.S.E.P. hereby gives notice that, in the framework of the procedure No. G4b/G.P.οικ. 2097/12-1-2024 Call for Expression of Interest (ID 92X5465FYO-6THI) to fill the posts of Hospital Administrators and Deputy Hospital Administrators of the 2of Piraeus and Aegean Regional Authority, the following were drawn up by the relevant Staff Selection Committee provisional tables:
candidates who are disqualified for not having the required qualifications,
the results of the written test, and
the number of eligible candidates with the required qualifications per post code (301-305 & 308-327) and their respective ranking on the basis of the criteria set out in points 301-305 & 308-327. (a) and (b) of Article 7 of Law No. 5062/2023 (Government Gazette A΄ 183) «New system of selection of administrations of public sector bodies, strengthening of efficiency and other provisions», as established after verification of the candidates' qualifications in the classification based on the written test for each of the posts to be filled.
It should be noted that according to article 70 of Law No. 5149/2024 (Government Gazette A 169), the codes 306 & 307 of the above call for expressions of interest have been abolished.
It is clarified that according to Article 4 par. 7 para. (3) of Law No. 5062/2023, the list of candidates excluded and the list of results of the written test do not include the candidates' identification data. Therefore, in the above-mentioned tables, the candidates appear as follows only with the registration number (NRN) of the application.
