Ο Municipality of Kythira declares that the 15th day of November in the year 2021, day Monday at 10:00 a.m. (deadline for submission of tenders), through the ESHES, an open electronic tender will be conducted under the limits of Law 4412/2016, the award criterion being the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of price only (lowest price), for the award of the contractor for the execution of the project «ASPHALTOSTROISING OF THE ROAD TO CHALKO».
The financial offer of the tenderers will be drawn up and submitted using the system of individual discount rates by price groups, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 par. 2(a) of the Law 4412/2016, with a check of the normality of the individual discount rates.
