Summary of the auction notice for the lease of the municipal property (old museum) on the central road of Chora Kythera
The Mayor of Kythera according to the decision of the Municipal Committee of the Municipality of Kythera (ADA 9ΦΠYΩΛΨ-GFA) announces an auction for the lease of a ground floor building without toilet, on the central internal road of Chora Kythera exclusively and only for the use of a shop for tourist and other items or warehouse.
The auction is open, bidding and oral, conducted at the appointed day and time by the competent auction committee of the Municipality. The auction may continue beyond the time specified in the notice, provided that the bids continue uninterrupted.
The auction will take place on 16-2-2024 on Friday at 10:00am - 11:00am at the municipal store of the Municipality of Kythera located at 1 Stai Square, Chora Kythera, P.C. 80100, before the competent Auction Committee, which has been established according to the decision of the Municipal Committee of the Municipality of Kythera (ID: 91Z6ΩΛΨ-YKX).
The minimum threshold for the first offer is set at 180 euros per month, as proposed by the decision of the Kythera Community Council No. 01/2023.
The bid price in excess thereof may not be less than five (5) euros each time.
The notice will be published with the care of the Mayor at least ten (10) days before the auction by posting a copy on the notice board of the Municipality of Kythera.
The auction is repeated by the Mayor, if no bidder is present.
