Dimitris Baltzis has been living and working on the island for almost 15 years. He is active in the catering sector, owning the cafe - restaurant «Chrysopsaro» in Kapsali of Kythera. Originating from decided to make the journey to the south and decided to continue here on our island for the rest of his life. With small escapes like in Cyprus and Denmark, he always returned here, because as he tells us he loves Kapsali. And the Kytherians love him. Together they joined forces in various activities, the main one being photography combined with nature excursions. Dimitris spoke to us in a meeting - interview that was set up completely spontaneously at noon on Tuesday 23 August 2022.
