Archiepiscopal Memorial Service in memory of the island’s Great Benefactor, the late Nikolaos Trifyllis (Kavakos), as well as all the benefactors of Kythira, is being organized by the Holy Metropolis of Kythira and Antikythira.
The Divine Liturgy and the memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2026 and time 9:30 a.m. at the Holy Church of Panagia Ilarioitissa in Potamos, presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim.
The Holy Metropolis invites local organizations and the island’s residents to attend and honor the memory of those who gave so much to the community.
