The second phase of the vaccinations against COVID-19, in accordance with the prioritisation of National Committee for Vaccination. Today, 21/04, the platform for covid-19 vaccination appointments opens for the age group 55 - 59 and on Saturday 24 April the appointment platform will be opened for the age group 50 - 54. As a reminder, vaccination is now available for citizens over 60 years of age, citizens with underlying high (group A) and increased (group B) risk diseases and health workers.
The procedures are being accelerated and if the vaccine deliveries are met by the companies, the appointment platforms will be opened in the next period for age groups under 50 years of age.
Vaccine delivery schedule
From the company Pfizer 2,150,000 instalments will be delivered in May and 2,425,000 in June. From the company Moderna we will receive 354,000 in May and 308,000 in June. From the company Johnson & Johnson, we have received 33,600 instalments and expect 300,000 instalments in May and 960,000 instalments in June. The company AstraZeneca has not yet confirmed deliveries for the next two months. We expect from her a number of 450,000-500,000 instalments for each month.
