Rising temperature with occasional clouds

The weather will be generally clear today, Tuesday 5/05, according to the National Weather Service, with occasional clouds in the afternoon - afternoon on the mainland, where in the mountains of eastern Macedonia and Thrace it is possible that there will be local rainfall.

Visibility in the morning hours in the west will be locally limited.

Winds in the Ionian Sea and the mainland will be variable 3 to 4 Beaufort and in the Aegean Sea will blow west northwest 4 to 5 and in the southeast in the morning hours up to 6 Beaufort.

The temperature will rise and will reach 21 to 23 degrees Celsius on the islands, 24 to 25 degrees Celsius on the mainland and 26 degrees Celsius in some places.

MACEDONIA, THRACE

Weather: a few clouds, partly increasing in the afternoon in the mountains of eastern Macedonia and Thrace, where local rain is possible.

Winds: Variable 3 to 4 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 08 to 25 degrees Celsius. In Thrace 2 to 3 degrees lower.

IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIRUS, WESTERN GREECE, WESTERN PELOPONNESE

Weather: generally clear with local clouds from the afternoon.

Winds: Variable 3 and from noon onwards west northwestern 3 to 4 Beaufort.

Temperature: From 10 to 23 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus 2 to 3 degrees lower.

THESSALY, EASTERN SOLIDIA, EUBOEA, EASTERN PELOPONNESE

Weather: generally clear with occasional clouds in the afternoon - afternoon on the mainland

Winds: West northwest 3 to 4 Beaufort and from the afternoon south southwest with the same intensity.

Temperature: From 09 to 25 and locally 26 degrees Celsius.

CYCLADES, CRETE

Weather: generally clear.

Winds: West northwest 3 to 4 and in the east up to 5 Beaufort.

Generally clear weather, with sparse clouds in places and occasionally more dense. Light localised showers are likely in the morning in the northwest and at noon in the northern highlands.
