Announcement of the church council of the parish of Ano Livadi

Statement of thanks to the Ministry of Culture for its positive response to the request by the Metropolitan of Kythira to hold the festival at the historic chapel of Saint Andrew in Livadi.

The announcement in detail:

The parish council of Ano Livadi feels the need to thank the Ministry of Culture for responding positively to our Metropolitan’s request to hold the festivalat the historic chapel of Saint Andrew in Livadi.

We would also like to thank His Eminence Metropolitan Seraphim for his tireless interest and the 1^η The EBA gave us the key to the church so that we could prepare for the saint’s feast day.

The festival program is as follows:

1. Tuesday, November 29, at 5:00 p.m.: Blessing of the Waters and Archiepiscopal Vespers.
2. Wednesday, November 30, 7:00–10:15 a.m. Matins and the Divine Liturgy celebrated by the Archbishop.
