Η Committee for Domestic Property of Kythira and Antikythira announces that after the completion of the works and the interior of the building in Gythio Laconia, property of Holy Pilgrimage of Panagia Myrtidiotissa, where the Gytheio Police Station is housed and its connection to the city's biological plant, will in the near future become fully energy autonomous with the installation of PV, thus contributing to our country's effort to reduce energy needs.
The cost, following our interventions to the top officials of the Ministry of Citizen Protection, will be borne entirely by the budget of the Laconia Police Directorate and it is noted that even when the lease with the Greek State is terminated, the entire facility will remain in the building. In the next period, after months of effort, it will also be released from the forced lease, which has pegged the rent for many years and this will be doubled, in the first short term new lease.
