Kythera Airport: greetings and the maiden flight for 2021

For our airport the anniversary year of the 50 YEARS from the first flight in the 1971 in Kythera, started the Sunday 3^η January 2021, with the regular flight of the airline Sky Express.

We welcomed the flight crew, the captain Mr. Marathonitis, the co-pilot Mr. Mavrogiannis and the passenger cabin crew, Mr. Bakoyannis & Mr. Souliotis in the V.I.P. hall of our airport, starting the anniversary year with optimism and with the wish that the pandemic will subside, so that arrivals, especially General Aviation planned, as well as events that we have in mind to give a boost to local businesses that have been so affected.
