In an announcement to its members and friends, the Kythira Brotherhood of Piraeus–Athens released its program of events for the period from November 2025 to March 2026.
The program includes a variety of activities, ranging from cultural visits and excursions to dances and festive gatherings, giving the Kythirian community in Attica the opportunity to come together, celebrate, and keep their connection to the island alive.
Here is a detailed list of the scheduled events:
- Saturday–Sunday, November 15–16, 2025: Two-day trip to Trikala–Meteora.
- Saturday, December 13, 2025: Disco Party
- Sunday, December 21, 2025: Christmas Party with gifts for the children, music, games, and clowns.
- Friday, January 9, 2026: Awards ceremony for the winners and the cutting of the New Year's pie.
- Sunday, February 8, 2026: Cultural visit to «Hellenic World» – Tholos.
- Saturday, March 7, 2026: The Brotherhood's Annual Dance.
According to the announcement, a separate update will follow for each event, providing more details regarding reservations and participation.
The Brotherhood continues its long-standing presence in Attica, serving as a focal point for the people of Kythira and friends of Kythira living in Athens and Piraeus.
