European countries and Kiev are preparing a 12-point proposal to end the war in Ukraine based on the current front lines, Bloomberg News reported today.
A council chaired by US President Donald Trump will oversee the implementation of the proposed plan, the agency, citing sources familiar with the matter, added.
On the basis of this proposal, Ukraine will receive security guarantees and resources to repair the damage caused by the war. There will also be a provision for its rapid accession to the European Union.
