The Astarte of Chari and Kythira

From the village of Karavas in northern Kythera, with a population of just over 100 inhabitants, Charis Tzortzopoulos set sail for business in Greece and the world. His organic products, olive oil, nuts, soaps and salt have won the bet in the Greek market and are exported to more than 20 countries. However, when Astarti started organic farming on the island, its products were given away after being unclaimed for the first three years.
