Enrolment in the Children's Centre of the Municipality of Kythera for the School Year 2023-2024

It is announced that for the registrations in the Children's Centre of the Municipality of Kythera for the School Year 2023-2024
The following documents must be submitted:

1. Application to register a child at the Childcare Centre
2. Certificate of family status, which will necessarily show the child for whom the application is made and of course confirm the family's status (large family, large family, family of three, single-parent family, orphan family). If it is not in Greek, it must be accompanied by an official translation.
   If there is a cohabitation agreement, it must be presented, as well as the tax returns of both parties.
3. A copy of a copy of the statement of account:
   A copy of the current tax year's tax statement or
   A copy of the tax statement of the previous tax year, if it has not been issued by the date of filing the application, or
   Declaration (the declaration form is provided by the Service or by the
   the website of the N.P.D.D.), presentation of a statement of accounts for the current year
4. Health condition of the child, completed by a paediatrician. (the form is provided by the Service) and a copy of the child's health booklet.
5. EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS (if applicable): (for both parents in order to be awarded a unit)
   A) FOR WORKERS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR:
   A certificate of employment from the employer, dated no more than two (2) months from the date of commencement of registration applications.
   Copy of stamps printed by IKA (last quarter) or Ego stamp (copy of a stamp and proof of deposit in a bank in the last year before the submission of the application, proving at least five (5) months of work).
   B) FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR/LOCAL GOVERNMENT OR THEIR PUBLIC SERVICE BODIES:
   A certificate of employment from the relevant institution not older than two (2) months from the date of the start of the registration application.
   C) FOR INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONALS:
   Copy of the Business Start Declaration to the Tax Office
   Responsible declaration of Law 1599/86 on the non-interruption of the exercise of the business.
   D) FOR COMPANIES IN CORPORATION or S.A. or SINGLE-PARTY LTD:
   Articles of Association and any amendments thereto.
   Responsible statement of Law 1599/86 on the non-interruption of the exercise of the business.
   (E) FOR SELF-EMPLOYED PERSONS IN THE PRIMARY SECTOR:
   Certificate of insurance from the O.G.A. or certificate from the O.G.A. that insurance contributions have been paid or adjusted
   F) FOR CASES OF UNEMPLOYED PARENTS:
   Unemployment certificate , not older than ten (10) days from the date of the start of registration applications, or a valid unemployment card, of the parent or parents who are unemployed.
   SPECIFIC SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS PER CASE:
   i) In the case of divorced parents, a copy of the divorce decree is required (if this is not mentioned in the certificate of marital status).
   ii) In the case of separated parents, the following is required:
   -Copy of the divorce petition (if there is one)
   -Confirmation of change of individual data of the Tax Office, proving the separation (if any).
   -Court decision, which will indicate the custody of the child (if there is one) or a Declaration of Responsibility of Law 1599/86 in case the above have not been issued
   (The above documents must be dated before the start of the registration period).
   *In the case of divorced or separated parents, in order to be considered for the job, the documents of both parents must be presented. Otherwise, only the person who has custody of the child will be awarded a credit.
   -Certificate of death of the deceased parent (for an orphaned child), if this is not mentioned in the certificate of family status.
   For the registration of a child of foreign parents:
   -Copy of a valid Identity Card or Passport, necessarily with an official translation (if not in Latin script).
   -Legal residence permit or application for legal residence in the country, as evidenced from time to time.
   *Certificate from the Secretariat of the School of the last semester (for parents who are students or students of the first cycle of studies).Certificate from the Army (for parents of soldiers).
   *In the case of parents with a child belonging to the disability group with disability rate 67% or a parent belonging to the disability group with disability rate 67%, a certificate from the Health Committee or a certificate from a public hospital (valid) is required.
   All the above documents are required for re-registration. If there are no changes in family status, a solemn declaration by the parents confirming that there have been no changes is required.
   All children who have reached the required age of 2.5 years on the date of the opening of the day care centre have the right to register.
   Applications for registration/re-registration for the Children's Centre of the Municipality of Kythera for the year 2023-2024 will start on 01 June and will last until 30 June. .
   Parents/guardians can submit the application online to the Nursery for registration and re-registration at email:paidikos@kythira.gr or pskythira@gmail.com
   The forms can be obtained from the site of the Municipality of Kythera .
   If electronic submission is not possible, you can apply in person at the building of the Children's Centre in Fratsia to the pedagogue Anastasia Fardoulis or at the Municipality to Anna Bourna
   from 01 June to 30 June 2023 and from 10 to 12 a.m.
