Two earthquakes of magnitude, according to the first measurements of the Athens Observatory, 4.7 degrees on the Richter scale at 12.56 at noon today and 5.2 degrees on the Richter scale at 13.24, alarmed the residents of Samos.
The epicentre of the tremors, almost common to both tremors, with a depth of about 13 km, was in the submarine area 15 km southwest of Pythagorio Samos.
According to initial information from the General Police Directorate of the North Aegean, there have been no reports of damage or injuries.
