Stoltenberg: Greece will provide ships for the export of Ukrainian grain

Greece will offer assistance for the transport of Ukrainian grain, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at the close of the NATO Summit.

Jens Stoltenberg made known today, after the conclusion of the NATO Summit in Madrid, that «Greece is willing to offer ships to contribute to the export of grain from Ukrainian Black Sea ports which are under Russian blockade».

Jens Stoltenberg also announced that the protocol of accession of Sweden and of Finland in NATO will be signed on Tuesday.

The admission protocol will then have to be ratified by the national parliaments of the 30 Alliance member countries, to allow the two countries to become members of NATO and be governed by the collective defence clause.
