The 12 routes, with a total distance of more than 100 km, that make up the network paths of Kythera, French hikers had the opportunity to get acquainted with the French hikers, in the framework of the specialized exhibition of hiking tourism in Europe “Le Salon Du Randonneur 2022”.
As explained by Eleni Michiou to the camera of ERT from Lyon, France, «in the last 10 years since the creation of the Kythera trail network, the French visitor rate to the island has skyrocketed».
The Kythera pavilion was visited by thousands of visitors to the exhibition, discovering the treasure of its paths. The Paths of Greece team provided the necessary organization and support for the pavilion.
The paths of Kythera, (https://kytheratrails.gr), are today the most organized tourist activity offered to the visitors of the island. ERT in a live link spoke with the manager of the pavilion, thus promoting Kythera and its trails.
