Grants for two new 5-star hotels in Kythira and Mykonos

The competent authorities approved the investment project grants for two new 5-star hotels in Kythera and Mykonos.

In detail, the Ministry of Development and Investment has approved the investment plan of the company ANTONIOS MAYROMMATIS IKE, which refers to the establishment of a 5-star hotel with 76 rooms and 188 beds in Kythera, with total eligible costs of EUR 10 750 000 and total eligible costs of EUR 10 750 000.

At the same time, the Ministry of Development and Investment approved the investment plan of company X. K. STATHAKOPOULOS SA, which refers to the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 71 rooms of 99 beds in the area of Kalo Livadi of Mykonos, with total eligible costs of 7.000.000.000 euros and total eligible costs of 7.000.000.000 euros.
