News femicide took place in the Agiokampo of Larissa. The first information refers to a 43-year-old woman, who was shot eight times by her husband, inside the tavern, owned by her sister, where she worked.
The killing occurred shortly after 10:30 a.m. when the 54-year-old gunman shot and killed his 43-year-old wife.
He reportedly called the police and informed them of the murder, «come on, I killed a woman» he allegedly said in the call he made to the authorities.
He was arrested by police officers and taken to the city police station.
