THE MAYOR OF KYTHERA
Having regard to:
a) P.D. 270/81, (Government Gazette A’ 77/30-3-81)
b) the D.K.K. (Law 3463/06)
c) the Law 3852/2010
d) the provisions of P.D. 80/2016, as in force
e) the Municipal Council Decision No. 16/2021 for the lease of
land for use as a parking lot in Kythera River and the appointment of the members
of the Property Valuation Committee.
f) the 82/2021 decision of the Economic Committee by which the following were determined
the terms of the auction.
g) the 287/2021 decision of the Mayor for the commitment
h) the need to lease land in the Municipal Community of Potamos for use
Parking, especially in the summer months.
WE ANNOUNCE
auction open, open and oral invitation to tender for the land lease, from
our municipality, which will be used as a parking lot in the settlement of River
Kythira and invite interested parties to express their interest in
twenty (20) days from the publication of the notice.
1) Description of the lease
The lease must be located at the eastern entrance of Kythera River, to
has an area of about 3,000 sq.m. and face the main street.
