The news is good for the 26-year-old from Drama, which had gotten stuck coronavirus, and gave birth by emergency C-section at the Hippocrates Hospital of Thessaloniki. The young mother, who was unvaccinated, is in stable condition, as is her newborn baby.
Speaking on OREN’s main newscast from the hospital, she emphasized that she regretted not getting the vaccine, even though her doctor had recommended it. The 26-year-old’s father also spoke out against the vaccine, telling OREN that after what his daughter went through, he has already made an appointment to get vaccinated.
