For yet another year, the Kythira Brotherhood of Piraeus-Athens It added its own unique, traditional touch to the events organized by the Municipality of Piraeus by actively participating in the «Days of the Sea» festival.
This historic association, one of the oldest cultural associations in the city of Piraeus, managed to steal the show and leave an indelible mark on the rich «mosaic» of presentations by local and cultural associations.
As part of the extensive series of events organized by the Municipality, the Brotherhood’s dance troupe performed traditional dances from Kythira. The participants, wearing authentic, Traditional Kythirian costumes, conveyed to the audience the vibrancy, elegance, and cultural heritage of their island through dance.
The club extends its congratulations to dance instructor Ms. Xenia Konstantinou and dance director Ms. Charilena Vasi.
