at a special hybrid (in-person and via real-time teleconference using the Zoom platform) meeting of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Kythira, to be held in the «Mayor Artemios Kalligeros» Hall at Kythira City Hall and will be held in person on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.:
Please submit in writing to the Municipal Council Presidium, (email: depitropi@kythira.gr) the topics for discussion concerning the work of the municipal administration by Monday, August 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
We also inform you that:
- Each city council member may raise up to one (1) issue.
- If a total of more than ten (10) items have been submitted, the presiding officers shall conduct a public drawing to determine which items will be discussed and included on the agenda.
- Up to three (3) items proposed by majority council members are included on the agenda.
- In addition to the above ten (10) items, up to two (2) items may be discussed provided they have been submitted by the presidents of the municipal communities. If more than two (2) items have been submitted by the presidents of the municipal communities, a lottery is held.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that questions should relate exclusively to the actions of the Municipal Authority, as accountability meetings are exclusively for the purpose of reporting on past actions.
