His new song Yiannis Savvidakis was written in the midst of pandemic and will be presented this afternoon at the organization's festive event International ActionAid.
Inspired by the relentless daily struggle of doctors, nurses, and all healthcare workers around the world, the Love in White It was written to shed light on the bleak landscape of the year that will end in a few days.
”It’s dedicated to the people who take risks and, in many cases, even give their lives to save even just one life!” Yiannis Savvidakis told us. ”People who, in the midst of a completely dark landscape, remain tireless, cheerful, and radiant in their white uniforms!”
"Love in White" was written in English to reach all those fighting on the front lines of the pandemic around the world.
An acoustic version of the song is also temporarily available at YouTube until the official version is released video clip, at the beginning of the new year.
