Muhammad Kafer, 18, was rescued from the rubble of a building in southern Turkey and is the third person to be rescued this morning, approximately 198 hours after last, CNN Türk reported.
The devastating earthquake last Monday and the major aftershock that followed caused the deaths of more than 37,000 people in southern Turkey and northwestern Syria, according to official figures, which are expected to rise significantly.
In the province of Antiyaman, news outlets showed rescuers carrying Kafer on a stretcher, wearing an oxygen mask, while a rescuer held the IV drip that had been attached to him, from the rubble of a collapsed building to an ambulance.
Kaffer appears to be able to move his fingers as he is being loaded into the ambulance.
A short while earlier, rescuers had pulled two brothers alive from the rubble of an apartment building in the neighboring province of Kahramanmaraş.
The state-run Anadolu News Agency reported that the victims were 17-year-old Muhammed Enes Yeninar and his brother, 21-year-old Baki Yeninar, who was rescued immediately after him.
Both were taken by ambulance to the hospital. Their condition has not yet been determined.
