New donation of medical equipment, with a total value of 2,350 euros, was delivered to the Kythira General Hospital – «Trifyllio» Health Center to meet the needs of the surgical department and hospitalized patients.
The sponsorship comes from the PAIDY Association., with the contribution of its president, Mary Milaiti, and the Georgios Kampadakis, who came up with the idea for the donation.
The equipment includes a special lamp with a magnifying lens for the surgical department, six IV stands, and ten protective railings for hospital beds.
This is the Mr. Kampadakis's second such initiative, as equipment had been donated in 2025 to meet the needs of the hospital’s pediatric department.
The commander of «Trifyllio,», Theodoros G. Koukoulis, issued a statement expressing his heartfelt thanks to the donors, emphasizing the importance of their tangible support for the hospital and its patients.
