Heavy snowfall occurred in the Kythera on the evening of the 24th to the 25th of January, with the dawn finding the island dressed in white, from end to end.
The phenomenon was most pronounced in the area between Aroniadice and Livadi, with the Vigla - Sklari - Agia Elesa triangle to receive the greatest volume of snow.
Power cuts
Problems in the electricity network occurred in various parts of the island due to the onslaught of the bad weather «Hope».
