The tender for the improvement of the road to Agia Elesa, a project that has been anticipated to be done at the expense of the Municipality of Kythera and not the Ministry of National Defence as it was announced 5 years ago, has been posted on the Electronic Public Procurement Portal.
The closing date for submission of tenders is 02-10-2023 at 10:00. The study was prepared by the Department of Technical Support for Island Municipalities of the Region of Attica and has a budget of 120.967,74 € plus VAT.
The project was announced back in 2017 with the Municipality of Kythera stating at the time that the studies and programmatic contracts were initially carried out by the Ministry of National Defence, while as it appears from the development they were not executed by the Ministry of Defence as announced. After years the project was included in the budget of the Municipality of Kythera and now the completion of the tender is expected.
