Police authorities in Kythira arrested a Greek national on Wednesday, April 8.
According to initial reports, the charge against him relates to the illegal possession of ancient coins. In addition, an air gun was found in the suspect’s possession.
The suspect is expected to be transferred to Piraeus today and will appear before the investigating judge tomorrow.
An official statement on the case is expected from the Greek Police Headquarters.
