The Kytheraiki Brotherhood of Piraeus - Athens, continuing its long tradition in the preservation and dissemination of Kytheraiki culture, announces the start of the courses traditional dances and traditional musical instruments for the new year.
The dance classes, with the Polyxeni Konstantinou, will take place every Friday, 8:00 - 10:00 p.m., and include children's and adult section, with teaching Kytherian and Panhellenic dances.
At the same time, each Friday at 7:30 p.m., the Manolis Stathis will teach traditional musical instruments — violin, guitar, keyboard and lute - offering young and old the opportunity to get to know the musical tradition of Kythera and wider Greece.
The courses take place in the offices of the Brotherhood, 7 Navarinou Street, Piraeus.
