Ο Municipality of Kythira declares that the 9η of the month June of the year 2023 day Friday and time 10:00 AM. (deadline for submission of bids) via ESIDIS, an open electronic tender will be conducted below the thresholds set by Law 4412/2016, with the award criterion being the most economically advantageous bid based solely on price (lowest price) to select a contractor to carry out the project works «ΣΥΝΟΛΙΚΗ ΑΝΑΠΛΑΣΗ ΟΙΚΙΣΜΟΥ ΑΒΛΕΜΩΝΑ».
The financial offer of the tenderers will be drawn up and submitted using the system of individual discount rates by price groups, in accordance with the provisions of Article 95 par. 2(a) of the Law 4412/2016, with a check of the normality of the individual discount rates.
