All interested natural and legal persons or groups of natural or legal persons who are active farmers, in accordance with Article 3 of the Ministerial Decision of the Minister of Rural Development & Food No 104/7056/21-1-2015 (Government Gazette B’ 147/2015) «National options, administrative measures and procedures for the implementation of direct payments» in implementation of Reg. (EU No. 1307/2013 and Regulation (EU) No. (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council’, as in force, submit applications for support under Measure 11 - «Organic Agriculture» of the RDP 2014-2020.

PERIOD AND PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS FOR SUPPORT
The submission of applications for support under this call for proposals takes place between 16 February 2022 (16/02/2022) and 16 March 2022 (16/03/2022) at 00:00.
In order to be included in one of the actions announced in paragraph 1 of this call, the candidate beneficiaries submit to the NFP, an electronic application for support, through the Information System (IS). Registration in this system shall be made on the website https://registration.dikaiomata.gr/user_registration and the processing of applications, on the website https://p2.dikaiomata.gr/Organics16/.
A manual of instructions for completing the Application for Support will be available in electronic form on the above website.
The application for support is addressed to the NFD through the regional offices of OPEKEPE, according to the location of the farm as declared in the 2021 EAR.
If the online application for support is successfully submitted, it is given a unique code and a finalisation date, which proves that it was submitted within the deadline.
The finalised application is then printed, signed by the candidate beneficiary and kept by him/her together with all the required supporting documents in the beneficiary's file. The applicant is required to produce the original supporting documents at any inspection requested. If any additional information or clarifications are required, they must be submitted electronically via the system or in paper form to the local regional offices of OPEKEPE.
The correct entry and submission of the application for support in the system, the completeness of the electronic file and its timely finalisation are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
By submitting an application for support, applicants accept the further processing of personal data by the competent services, including sensitive personal data. In all cases, compliance with data protection legislation shall be ensured. The ERF shall keep applicants' files in electronic form.
Candidate beneficiaries may correct their application for support and any supporting documents (paper or electronic), even after its final submission, provided that the deadline for submission of applications for support under this call for proposals has not passed. For this purpose, applicants follow the same procedure as for the initial submission of the application for support. Where the correction concerns supporting documents submitted in paper form, they shall be resubmitted in order to replace the corresponding supporting documents originally submitted.
Potential beneficiaries may withdraw their application for support in whole or in part in writing at any time at their request, in accordance with Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 809/2014. Such a request for withdrawal shall put the applicant back in the position it was in before submitting the documents or parts of the documents in question which it withdraws.
