Retake auction for the Leasing of land—agricultural plots and olive groves—belonging to the Holy Pilgrimage Sites of Panagia Myrtidiotissa, Agia Moni, and Agios Ioannis en Kremno, announces the Domestic Property Committee.
The auction concerns the lots that remained unsold due to a lack of interest during the auction held on October 5.
The auction will be open, oral, and conducted on a highest-bid basis, and will take place at the office of the Local Property Commission of Kythira and Antikythira, before the committee responsible for conducting auctions for the sale or lease of E.E.P.K.A. property, in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 270/81, at the Country of Kythira, on Monday, October 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
At the auction, residents of the municipality who live in Municipality of Kythira.
