Agamemnon Tselikas, head of the Palaeography Department of the MIET and Angelos Rentoulas, editor-in-chief of the Gastronomic Editions of Kathimerini, who talk about the oldest Greek manuscript of Cookery, before 1821, as well as about the eating habits of the Greeks during the 200 years of independence.
Aristides Hatzis, Professor of Philosophy of Law at the National Academy of Sciences of Greece / Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Athens. Director of KEFIM, who talks about the 3 Constitutions of the Struggle, Philhellenism and the role of the press in the Struggle.
Maritina Leontsini, Postdoctoral Researcher in History, talks about the role of Greek women in 1821.
In the second part of the show guests are:
George Margaritis, Professor at the Department of Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, talks about his recent book «Against Forts and Walls. 1821. A Short Introduction to the Greek Revolution».
From Cyprus Petros Papapolyviou, Anne. Professor of Modern Greek History at the University of Cyprus, talks about Cyprus' contribution to the 1821 Revolution.
